DWD are delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Roberts as a Valuation Partner and Alice Mason as an Assistant Surveyor.
Peter joins from Rapleys LLP where he headed the Valuation, Compensation & Litigation department providing specialist advice to private individuals, landowners, developers, insurers, corporate landlords and commercial occupiers across the UK in respect of complex and contentious property maters.
He has extensive experience in advising clients in respect of a number of major projects ranging from nationally significant development schemes such as the Olympics/Stratford City, ?Whitgift Shopping Centre Croydon, CTRL, Crossrail and HS2 through to addressing issues such as overage, affordable housing provision, utility relocation and covenant restrictions in respect of individual sites.
His appointment further strengthens DWD?s Affordable Housing, Valuation and Compulsory Purchase & Compensation teams and is testament to DWD?s market reputation in these sectors.
Alice has recently completed a Masters in Real Estate at Cass Business School. Alice will be working on a range of property areas, including valuation and compulsory purchase whilst also working towards become a Member of the RICS
