Acting for the Aqua Restaurant Group, DWD have merged and reduced the assessment for the Aqua Brit and Hutong restaurants on Level 31 and Level 33 in the Shard on London?s South Bank.
The assessments were merged using ?Mazars Act appeals? and the aggregate rateable value was reduced from ?647,500 to ?495,000 reflecting pioneering allowances, relativity adjustments and the impact on value of adjacent building works.
