DWD have settled an appeal against the assessment of the Abercrombie Kids shop on Savile Row, reducing the rateable value from ?780,000 to ?400,000.
The liability savings are substantial and were achieved by changing the underlying basis of valuation to follow the method adopted for tailor?s assessments situated in similar buildings in this world famous street.
