Nine members of the DWD team attended the?Duchenne UK Charity Pub Quiz hosted by LXA?which raised an outstanding ?8,628.
Despite a valiant effort, including a perfect 10/10 score in the sports category, DWD could not get over the finishing line first and lost out on the top prize by a mere 4 points.
The importance of the night was however not to be forgotten, with an emotional speech by co-founder Emily Crossley highlighting the work that Duchenne UK do and the value that the fund raising can bring.
