DWD were instructed by the Charity, Christian Publishing & Outreach (CPO), to dispose of their industrial premises in Worthing, West Sussex, which was owned part freehold and part leasehold. In addition, DWD were to identify and acquire new leasehold accommodation nearby CPO’s existing site.
DWD successfully negotiated the surrender of an existing lease, the freehold disposal of the freehold element of the property and leasehold acquisition of new industrial and office accommodation in Worthing. Timings were critical due to the operational logistics and financial constraints of the charity.
