DWD’s planning team has secured a resolution to grant planning permission last night from Epsom and Ewell Borough Council for 21 apartments on the site of the Kings Arms Public House in Epsom.
The scheme maximises the potential of the site and proposes a strong design which warrants the loss of the locally listed pub. Our viability team was able to demonstrate that a financial contribution towards off site affordable housing is appropriate.
