DWD Secure Change of Use in Lewisham

Mixed Use

DWD has secured planning permission for the change of use of a ground floor unit at a large mixed use development in Lewisham.

The unit is located at Block F of the Renaissance building, which forms part of a large mixed use development on the South side of Loampit Vale by Barratt Homes.

The unit was originally approved with flexible Use Class A1/A2/B1, however after a long period of vacancy and new ownership, DWD has secured permission to widen the flexible Use Class to A1/A2/B1/A3/D1/D2.

DWD maintained a close dialogue with the Council in order to minimise planning conditions and make the unit more attractive to prospective tenants.

DWD are looking forward to the unit becoming occupied and activating the development’s street frontage.

For interest in the unit and for more information on the planning please contact Alex Chalkin.
