DWD Secure Planning Permission for New Fulham Fitness Studio

DWD?s planning consultancy team have secured planning permission, on behalf of Orangetheory Fitness, for 24-32 Vanston Place to be used as a Fitness Studio.

The scheme fills a long term vacant unit within Fulham Town Centre and enables Orangetheory Fitness to operate the former A3 Use-Class restaurant.

DWD?s work with Project Managers MGPM ensured that the heritage qualities of the Locally Listed Building were retained, but also ensured the unit was able to meet the occupants needs.

This approval follows on from DWD gaining consent in 2019 for another gym operator also located within Fulham.
