DWD has secured planning permission on behalf of Big Yellow Self Storage for the erection of a four storey self-storage facility at Segro Park in Bracknell.
The proposed development offers a high quality design with a layout, scale and massing that responds to the existing industrial area and an Ancient Woodland. The consented scheme will provide 1,924sqm of self-storage space, to help meet growing domestic and business needs.
The proposed self-storage facility will maximise the utilisation of a vacant site and will deliver improvements to the landscaping and biodiversity value of the site.
