On behalf of Blackstone, DWD has secured a Rateable Value of £0 against 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf whilst a major redevelopment project takes place.
Blackstone commenced work in November 2018 to extend the building, provide new restaurant and flexible retail units, as well as Grade A office space on the upper levels. DWD worked with both the VOA and Local Authority to ensure the existing Rateable Value of 9,130,000 was reduced down to £0 during the works.
As a result, DWD have been able to secure savings in excess of 8.7 million.
