DWD are pleased to announce that we have strengthened both our Planning and Surveying Teams with the appointment of four new members of staff.
We are pleased to announce that Andrew Pilbrow joins us from Avison Young where he was a Director in the professional services team in their London (City) office. Andrew has joined as a Partner to help expand our existing expert witness and lease advisory capacity, working alongside Peter Roberts, Andrew Holden and Richard Greeves in the wider team. Andrew?s clients include leading legal practices who regularly?instruct him on expert witness matters, together with institutional landlords ?such as Aberdeen Standard for whom he undertakes lease advisory instructions. Andrew has a particular specialty in dilapidations {Section 18(1)} instructions where he is dealing with a number of high profile claims, together with banking litigation (alleged mis-selling) and professional negligence. Andrew is an experienced Chair for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competency (APC) where he sits regularly and also an author/presenter of RICS webinars and e-learnings?in the fields of valuation and legal compliance.
Jeff Norris joins DWD?s Business Rates Team as a Senior Associate. ?Jeff was the Head of Rating at Farebrother and went on to become a director at Colliers and is expert in managing and mitigating the business rates issues faced by ratepayers.
DWD?s Planning Team also has two new additions to help with a growing caseload, with Charlie Merry joining from Iceni as a Planner and Shams Namazie joining from Avison Young as a Senior Planner.
