Following the Budget earlier this week, CLG has published its ?Planning for the Future? paper which sets out initial details of planned changes to the planning system that will feature in the Planning White Paper to be published in the Spring.? These changes are designed to ?modernise our planning system, ensuring it supports the delivery of homes that local people need and creates more beautiful and greener communities.?
