DWD recently supported Countryside Properties through the tender process to secure ‘Preferred Developer Partner’ status with Chichester District Council (CDC). The project involves developing 189 acres immediately to the West of Tangmere, West Sussex.
DWD will be supporting Countryside through the land assembly process with CDC promoting the potential use of its Compulsory Purchase powers to bring forward the long anticipated development of the strategic site.
