OC to the Oche

DWD and a hot shot team from the Osborne Clarke Real Estate and Infrastructure team enjoyed an evening of competitive darts recently which allowed us to introduce members of the DWD property and planning teams and catch up informally to discuss existing shared projects. DWD and OC provide complementary advice across similar projects to housebuilders, land assemblers, investors and commercial developers on complex land assembly, planning, compulsory purchase and valuation matters.

The overall winner on the evening was Toni Lodeiro, Partner at DWD, who admitted that some time had been spent at the oche over the previous weekend to fine tune the skills on display.

John Baird, Partner at OC, unfortunately failed to overcome the disappointment of his home NZ team defeat in the cricket on the weekend, coming dead last but gracious in defeat and was happy to present Toni with his coveted ‘Bully’ tankard.
