Patrick has over 4 years’ experience in planning and development consultancy, advising a wide range of clients including developers, landowners, large contractors/construction companies and local authorities. Prior to this, Patrick worked in the planning policy and development management teams at the City of London Corporation.
Patrick has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, with particular experience in major education proposals involving the release of Metropolitan Open Land and designated open space, as well as leisure, retail and residential developments.
Patrick brings together specialisms from the wider consultancy team and devises planning strategies with a commercial mindset, in order to achieve his client’s aspirations.
Patrick has gained considerable experience in site appraisals and feasibility reports, handling complex planning applications and in leading teams on stakeholder consultation and engagement matters with the public and elected Members. He has also represented his clients at Hearings, Planning Committee’s and Public Exhibitions.
Patrick graduated with a Distinction from the Bartlett School of Planning at University College London in 2011 and qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in 2014.
