Consent Obtained for Special Education School Expansion

DWD have successfully obtained consent for the change of use of ?The Roffen Club? located at 41 New Road, Rochester, from a D2 Use Class health club to a D1 Use Class school.

The permission will facilitate enhanced teaching facilities for Trinity School and College. Trinity specialises in teaching children and young people aged 6 to 25 with a diagnosis of anxiety, speech, language and communication difficulties, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, high-functioning autism and Asperger?s Syndrome. Trinity is also recognised for meeting the needs of young people with anxiety.

The work was undertaken alongside project managers and architects LXA.
