DWD has secured planning permission on behalf of Hammerson for a new 3,700 sq m (40,000 sq ft) Marks & Spencer anchor store at Ravenhead Retail Park in St. Helens.?
The new store is due to open in mid-March 2019 and ensures that M&S, part of the St Helens? retail scene for 90 years, will be staying in the town following the closure of its branch in the Hardshaw Centre, which was announced last year.? It will be a full-line, new format store, including a food hall, 64-seat caf? and Click & Collect service.
