Breguet, the jewellers to the Czars, Napoleon and European aristocracy for generations, retains DWD as its business rates advisor.? Building operation adjacent their shop in the heart of Bond Street?s jewellery quarter caused an impact on their property.? DWD submitted a 2010 List rating appeal and has negotiated a 20% reduction in their rateable value to reflect the adverse impact on value caused by these works.
This follows on the back of similar agreements made by DWD for clients Dior, Chaumet and Delvaux.
