DWD has successfully de-rated Bridge House in Uxbridge. Bridge House is undergoing a Permitted Development scheme to convert 75,700 sq ft of offices to provide 237 residential units.
The rateable value reduction from ?1,170,000 to ?0 was achieved with effect from the date the site was secured under CDM Regulations prior to the strip out works commencing.
